The idea that you have resistance to a fulfilling life from joy and ease might seem surprising since you’re probably striving for greater happiness. “I want to be happy!” you might say. “I would LOVE to live in ease where what I want is naturally showing up in my life.”
The odds though, are that you are having experiences of the opposite. More stressful events, the same relationship patterns repeating themselves, feeling like weeks turn into months and years without a change… Maybe you hear yourself thinking “Once this project is over…” or “Could life just give me a break! THIS on top of everything else??”.
Truth is that YOU likely need to give yourself a break. As long as you’re operating from the same belief system and are unconsciously embodying struggle - that’s what you’ll receive more of. Even if life events do keep happening, your relationship to them will be very different if you’ve shifted your own beliefs about struggle.
